Terms of Use
The agreement between you and WUWI Ventures LLC for using WUWI AI — written to be read, not to be survived.
Last updated 14 September 2026 · WUWI Ventures LLC
WUWI AI is in private development.
Access is limited to invited testers, and the product is provided as it stands. These terms describe what WUWI AI does today; they will be updated before public or beta access opens.
The short version
- WUWI AI measures how visible your business is. It does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads or revenue — nothing it produces should be read as such a guarantee.
- Analyse websites you own or are authorised to act for. Comparing yourself to a competitor's public website is fine; connecting an account you do not control is not.
- Paid plans renew monthly and you can cancel at any time.
- Scores are measurements with a stated confidence band and a stated date, not absolute truths.
- AI output can be wrong. Nothing the product recommends changes your website until you approve it.
- Your data stays yours. We use it to run the service for you, and for nothing else.
It is a summary, not the agreement — the numbered sections below are.
Contents
1. Who these terms are with
WUWI AI is operated by WUWI Ventures LLC (“WUWI”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply to the website at wuwiai.com and the WUWI AI application at ai.wuwi.dev. By using either one, you agree to them.
If you are using WUWI AI on behalf of a company, you are agreeing on that company's behalf and confirming you are allowed to.
How we handle data is covered separately, in the Privacy Policy. It is part of this agreement.
2. Where the product is today
WUWI AI is in private development and is not open to the public. Access is limited to invited testers and is provided as it stands.
During this period there is no availability commitment, no service level, and no guarantee that any figure shown is accurate or current. Features may be added, changed or removed without notice. We will not pretend this phase is something steadier than it is.
3. Your account
Sign-in is through WUWI ID, and WUWI ID's own terms apply to the account itself. You are responsible for keeping access to it secure, for what happens under it, and for anybody you invite into your account as a team member.
You need to be at least 18 to use WUWI AI, and the details you give us need to be accurate — a visibility measurement for a business you described wrongly is a wrong measurement.
4. What you may use WUWI AI for
Use it to measure, understand and improve the visibility of businesses you own or are authorised to act for. An agency acting for its clients is exactly who the Agency plan is for.
What you may not do:
- Connect an account — Google, Microsoft or otherwise — that you do not own or have permission to connect.
- Use the product to attack, overload, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to any website or system, ours or anybody else's.
- Work around plan limits, usage allowances or metering, or share one account to avoid paying for several.
- Resell, redistribute or republish the data the product returns as if it were your own product, or extract it in bulk to build a competing dataset. Using it in reports for your own clients is fine and expected.
- Break the law with it, or use it to harass anybody.
5. Websites you analyse, and our crawler
WUWI AI reads public web pages in order to measure them. Our crawler identifies itself as WUWIBot, reads robots.txt before anything else, and honours the crawl delay a site declares. Where robots.txt asks crawlers to stay out of a page, we stay out.
Comparing yourself against a competitor reads that competitor's public website at the time of the comparison — the same pages any search engine reads, and nothing behind a login. You are responsible for having the right to analyse the websites you point the product at.
We may rate-limit, pause or refuse a crawl to protect the service or the site being read.
6. Plans, billing and credits
Plans as they stand today:
Watch
Free. One website, the three strongest findings shown in full, 90 days of history, one seat. The WVGI score, its confidence band and its trend are the same on every plan — the score is never the paywall.
Pro
$29 per month. One website, every finding, two competitors, the written AI plan, Explainer memory, 365 days of history, unlimited seats.
Agency
$149 per month. Five websites, then $39 per month for each additional one, five competitors, 24 months of history, and everything else in Pro.
Credits
Metered work — crawls, rank lookups, AI calls — draws on a monthly allowance included with your plan. Extra credits can be bought in packs of 1,000 for $5, 5,000 for $25 and 20,000 for $100.
Prices are in US dollars and do not include any taxes that may apply. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep paid access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund part-months as a matter of course — but if something has gone wrong on our side, email us and we will put it right rather than hide behind this sentence.
Purchased credits do not expire while your account is open. They are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
If a subscription lapses or a payment fails, the account returns to what is still being paid for — usually the free plan. Your data is not deleted because a payment failed.
We may change prices. If we do, we will tell you first, and a change takes effect from your next billing period, never retroactively.
7. What WUWI AI measures — and what it does not promise
This is the most important clause in the document, so it is written plainly.
WUWI AI measures and reports on visibility. It does not guarantee rankings, traffic, citations, leads or revenue. No score, finding, plan or projection the product produces is a guarantee of any outcome, and none of it should be presented to anybody else as one.
The WVGI score is an index: a measurement computed from data that third parties supply and that changes constantly. Every figure the product shows carries its source, the date it was measured and a confidence band, because a number without those is not evidence. Coverage is not total, and the product says where it is thin rather than filling the gap with a guess.
Search engines and AI assistants change how they work without telling anybody. A measurement that was accurate on the day it was taken can be out of date by the following week, and neither we nor anybody else controls that.
8. AI output
Parts of the product are generated by large language models. They can be wrong, incomplete or confidently mistaken, and their output is a recommendation rather than a finding of fact.
Nothing the product proposes is applied to your website automatically. Every recommendation is presented with its evidence and waits for your approval — and once you approve something, the decision and its consequences are yours. Read it before you act on it, particularly anything touching a regulated claim about your business.
9. Your data stays yours
You keep ownership of your business information, the content of your website, and everything you connect or type in. Nothing here transfers it to us.
You give us the permission needed to run the service for you: to store that data, process it, send the parts described in the Privacy Policy to the providers listed there, and produce the measurements and recommendations you asked for. That permission exists to operate the product and ends when your data is deleted.
You confirm you have the right to give us the data you connect, including anything covered by somebody else's terms.
We may use aggregated, de-identified information — statistics that describe no identifiable business — to improve how the product measures things.
If you send us feedback or an idea, we can use it without owing you anything for it.
10. Services we depend on
WUWI AI relies on other services to do its job — Google, Microsoft, DataForSEO, Anthropic, Stripe, Vercel, Supabase and Resend among them. The Privacy Policy lists what each one receives.
Their own terms govern your relationship with them where you have one, in particular the Google and Microsoft accounts you connect. If one of them changes, restricts or withdraws access, features that depend on it can change or stop, and that is outside our control.
11. Changes to the service
We will add, change and remove features. During private development this will happen often. Where a change removes something you rely on, we will give the people affected notice we would want ourselves.
12. Suspension, and ending your account
You can stop using WUWI AI at any time, and ask us to delete your account and its data — see the Privacy Policy for how.
We can suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if an account is being used in a way that risks the service or somebody else's website, if payment fails and stays unpaid, or if we are required to by law. Where circumstances allow it, we will warn first and explain why.
When access ends, so does your access to the data in the account. Anything you want to keep should be exported before then.
13. What belongs to us
WUWI AI — the software, the interface, the WVGI methodology, the WUWI name and marks — belongs to WUWI Ventures LLC. Using the product gives you the right to use it, not to own any part of it, and nothing here grants a licence to our trademarks.
The measurements and reports the product produces about your own business are yours to use however you like, including with your clients.
14. Disclaimers
WUWI AI is provided as it stands and as it is available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, that it will be error-free, or that the data it shows — much of which originates with third parties — is complete, accurate or current.
Nothing in the product is legal, financial or professional advice.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business or lost data, even where the possibility was known.
Our total liability arising out of or relating to WUWI AI is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred US dollars.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits. Where that is so, they apply only as far as that jurisdiction permits.
16. Indemnity
You agree to cover us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your use of WUWI AI in breach of these terms — in particular from analysing a website or connecting an account you were not authorised to, and from how you use the product's output with your own clients.
17. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we change the date at the top of this page. For a material change we will give notice before it takes effect, and continuing to use WUWI AI after that date means you accept the new version.
